RCM Law is founded in 2021 by Richie Maureen, who has extensive experience in representing a global spectrum of multinational, regional, and local investors in their Indonesian interests, with specific emphasis on banking, mergers & acquisitions, project finance, infrastructure, regulatory, public procurement and regional finance. The founder has made a career out of helping companies pitch their transaction deals with their customers, partners, investors, and more. The formula is simple – deliver the right advice to the clients at the right time.
